"Melanie, I want to take time to thank you, Allen and your company on the great job they did on the pool. First, it was Allen's work with me that gave the contract to you, even though it was not the lowest bid. He knew his stuff and was very professional in presenting what and how Centex would do the job. Without him the contract probably would have gone elsewhere.

The workers from the start were outstanding. It seemed like they never took a break and were very careful to always leave the pool area picked up and organized after every workday. Don't lose them!

Working with you and Allen when I had questions was always a pleasant experience. You both were quick to get back to me and answer my questions in a very satisfying way
